And extremely exhausting....Ok, that sounds painful. And extremely exhausting. Which gym would this be at? I mean, not the location la.. Like True Fitness ke apa ke?<br /><br />Calories? Oh yes, they're hiding everywhere. On a diet, a woman should not take more than 1200calories a day. So with that Big Mac packing 600calories, Coke at 290calories and the large fries clocking in at 500calories; a complete meal at McDonald's pretty much means you've had your TOTAL calories for one day in one meal. And I too don't want to know the number of calories in their new double meals.<br /><br />And yes, climbing stairs is always the worst part.
