As I'm typing this at a Kopitiam, my boyfriend is probably having the bestest time of his life, doing water rafting with his schoolmates in Sungai Kampar. And I was left alone here in Subang. Haish.
Well, not actually his fault la since I chickened out after the tragedy that had befallen in the river. Takut seh. I value my life. Saya belum kahwin lagi. Ngeee.
So being left behind with no boyfriend on Saturday, what did I do? The tough goes to gym! Haha. Gila obessed dengan gym and workout aku sekarang ni. Bf is giving me 1 month till I get over this whole gym thing-y. Dia cakap aku ni hangat-hangat taik ayam atau dalam bahasa inggeris-nya, hot hot chicken shit. I'll prove you wrong my dear. Though my arms are way from being Madonna's I can feel the muscle slowly building up. Gituh! Perasan la sangat kan. Workout tak sampai seminggu pun lagi. Tummy area belum menampakkan hasil lagi. I missed the bodypump,BLT (bum,legs and tum) and pilates class aritu. According to the trainer and my cousin who study sport science, Pilates, bridging and crunches are the core exercises to strengthen your core muscles i.e. stomach and back.
Core muscle strong=flat stomach=wallah,terasa diri sangat hot
Ngeee. Belum apa-apa dah niat nak riak. Ishh, bermusabah sebentar.
Just now, I work out for about an hour, 15 min at the sauna. Lepas tu makan/lepak di kopitiam sambil makan toast with butter and kaya. Mana mau kurus macam ni?? Takpe, I have one last free session with Shauki at 8pm today.Hopefully can burn off the calories.
