And for a while I was actively entering contest that is entertainment related. My mom and I love word puzzle that we even entered the Utusan Malaysia word puzzle contest and to have missed 3 words and lost our chance to win the money prize of RM 10,000 about 2-4 years ago.
Since then I've stopped joining any contest at all.
In August, out of blue and for fun's sake, I joined a contest by Nuffnang in conjunction with the spy movie SALT and surprisingly my entry was picked among the best 70 entries and I got myself 2 free tickets to the premiere screening.
This time around, for fun's sake as well, I wrote a comment on Nuffnang's web page about the coming-soon movie Takers. We were asked to write a comment on what would you do to catch the Takers if you were a detective. And this is the comment that I wrote;

They say, if you can’t beat them, join them. And that’s exactly what would I do if I were a detective whose mission is to catch the Takers.
I will be an expert in bank robbery ala Charlize Theron in Italian’s Job, you know – blonde, sexy and enticing enough for them not to realize the fact that I am an undercover detective. Once I get into their circle of Takers and they implant their trust in me, I will then bring them down. One by one by luring them into a game of complex double cross until they can’t take it anymore.
Alhamdulillah, the comment got me 2 free invites to watch the premiere screening of Takers on Monday, 25 October 2010.
I am so psyched!
TAKERS revolves around a notorious group of criminals (Idris Elba, Paul Walker, T.I., Chris Brown, Hayden Christensen and Michael Ealy) who continue to baffle police by pulling off perfectly executed bank robberies. They are in and out like clockwork, leaving no evidence behind and laying low in between heists. But a hardened detective (Matt Dillon) is close on their heels, hell-bent on solving the case. When the gang attempts to pull off one last job with more money at stake than they ever imagined, it becomes a complex game of double cross and who’s “taking” who.
Hayden Christensen, here I come!!!!!!
