Of Real Estate Viewing

Few weeks ago, after our lepak-ing session with our friends, bf suddenly popped the question. Wait, before you made any assumption it's not THAT question. Hiks. The question being;

Sayang, nak tengok rumah dekat Subang Alam tak?


And it was freaking 2 am! Gila apa, real estate viewing in the middle of the night.

But we went anyway and turned out that the housing area that we wanted to view ada security pak guard segala bagai. Jadi tak dapat la nak tengok. Tapi both of us really really love the area and of course la the house design. Tapi looking at the (estimated) price tag, tak mampu la nak beli sekarang. *nangis*

When it comes to house, both of us prefer landed house and not some apartment or condo. Reason being, senang anak-anak nak bermain. Gituh! Lagi satu if, God forbid, any bencana/malapetaka like earthquake ke landslide ke, at least if the house is ruined we still have the land. Kalau duduk apartment or condominium, kalau runtuh tanah tu bukan den yang punyo. Itu developer punyo tanah eh. Tak dapek la den nak bino umah baru lagi eh. Dan jugak in the future sebelum kiamat antara benda yang paling berharga adalah emas, air dan tanah. Sebab tu kita digalakkan invest in gold. Bukan invest in Gucci, Prada, LV hatta Chanel sekalipun.

Alaaa..X minat la gold esp yellow gold..Yg ada value yellow gold kan?

Tapi kan i tgk ramai orang beli gold, pastu jual/gadai.

haha. i pun tak minat gak tapi insya allah kalau ada rezeki lebih i'll invest in gold coin. harga emas sangat stabil. kalau beli emas perhiasan boleh pakai dan masa takde duit boleh gadai. but to invest i prefer gold coin.

Memang ada, kita digalakkan invest yellow gold tapi aku sampai skrg tak mampu nak beli gold utk diinvest. huhuhu.

Anyway Moose, kalau tak mampu, atleast hg beli rumah (tak kisah condo/apartment) sebagai harta yg re-sale value yg lebih banyak drpd beli kereta.

Then when hg dah mampu, baru bleh beli rumah atas tanah (which landed area) a.k.a hg boleh beli yg lebih selesa dan aman-bahagia.
Daripada tiada aset, better go for house yg mampu dulu. okay?!

baik puan diyana! haha. aku plan beli rumah insya allah by the age of 30. which is macam 4 tahun je lagi???!! sempat ke kumpul at least 70k? *pengsan*

idea hang tu macam bagus jugak. beli dulu apartment or condo then jual. tapi kena make sure beli area strategik la kan.
